Olympic-Level Training

Preparing for the Olympics requires a different level of commitment than college wrestling. Kyle trained year-round at the Olympic Training Center and various elite wrestling clubs, constantly refining his technique and building his strength and conditioning.

His training regimen included multiple practices per day, strength and conditioning work, recovery protocols, and mental preparation. Kyle also competed regularly in international tournaments to gain experience against world-class opponents.

The lessons he learned from studying sports psychology in college proved invaluable in managing the mental demands of Olympic training and competition.
